Share subscriptions based on Nanoform Finland Plc’s stock options 1-2/2019 and 1/2020

Helsinki, Finland A total of 34,500 Nanoform Finland Plc’s (theCompany” or “Nanoform“) new shares has been subscribed for with the Company’s stock options 1/2019, 2/2019 and 1/2020 by 15 June 2022. The entire subscription price for subscriptions made with the stock options of EUR 42,900.00 will be entered in the Company’s reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 78,314,964. The shares subscribed for under the stock options are expected to be registered in the Trade Register on or about 15 June 2022, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki together with the old shares on or about 16 June 2022.
